dead & nailed.
Opus Dei Clothing is dead.
This is going to be one of the last posts from Opus Dei due to a swift execution from the suits,
read more below, any questions please ask.
Thanks to everyone that supported Opus Dei and all of you who picked up one of the 150 limited shirts, got flyers through the post,
hassled me about more tie dye and anyone who sent countless emails asking about what the fuck...

First day back at college.
Started back at college on Wednesday, a few weeks before i put my £150+ Billingham camera bag in the washing machine and accidentally put the spin dry on, completely fucked all the leather and ruined it. So I picked up this AA gym bag to carry all my college stuff about, looks like I’m about to make a heist or something.
Cant wait to start getting back into photography and more...
A couple of neat WW2 pins Chelsie bought for me from a antique shop at the Barbican.
Start of my frontpiece by Adam at New Tribe...
Had a 3.5 hour sitting at New Tribe Tatto in Brixham, the start of my huge front piece, have been waiting to be tattooed for years! Didn’t squirm a bit haha.
On a second note look at my third nipple and how insanely wonky my nipples are!
definately the best pizza I have ever eaten
Pimped with organic cheddar, white & red onion, red peppers, vine tomatoes and wild boar and apple sausages.

Interview with Opus Dei Clothing!
We recently had an interview with Plymouth’s finest Opus Dei Clothing. We asked their head honcho Tom 5 questions, here they are…
How and when did Opus Dei begin?
Opus Dei began May 2010, I was sat in a grotty hostel in Prague with no money and a shedload of cheap beer and a bottle of absinthe, I was completely landlocked thanks to that fucking icelandic...
DANSE MACABRE
I’ve been super slack with updates for the last few weeks but I have been super nosey, took a few minutes to have a chat with Daneel Johnstone about his brand Danse Macabre:
1. How do you pronounce Danse Macabre and what does it mean!? It’s pronounced Dance Makarber. The name relates to the medieval ideology that regardless of a person’s status in life, death unites them...

One of my bikes.
I love riding bikes and have a few gems, I mostly ride trails as i love getting highhh and scaring myself. Im soon to be building a pair of imacculate fixed gears for me and Chels. Any suggestions? Im loving the Subrosa completes and Yank company Geekhouse have some sick frames but i was thinking something more traditional.
A few close up shots of our tees.
Only a few shirts left now, cracking on with my brainstorm for the winter line, I have a few themes in mind and a tonne of mad shirt ideas.
I recently went down to my local live venue, The Plymouth White Rabbit, I love being able to call it my venue haha. Its run by a seriously sound lad who puts effort in for the right reasons, anyway i took like 30 new and old hc, death/black metal, ska/punk...

OPUS DEI vs. NASS 2010
So the past two months have been a manic countdown to NASS festival where I had made a huge committment to sell my old line Nailbomb Clothing, this was a brand i set up when i was 16, started by selling custom badges that i had designed until i had enough cash to print a run of 20 shirts. I’ve grown up a bit since Nailbomb and through alot of thinking and brainstorming whilst on a college...
Tie Dye Shindig
After scouring through tonnes of crappy tie dye tutorials we just went for it, we dyed 30 shirts in about two hours, left them to “cure” (that word sounds right) for about 8 hours, dried them and sewed in the tags, ironed on the transfers and chucked them in the car and then up to Bath for NASS fest. Manic.
My arse, myself and my missus getting down to dye.
Sarah Jane, Dan and...
A well needed update...
A well needed update is needed! Loads has gone on since my last post such as; sewing, tripping a houseworths of electrics, backyard tie dye shindigs, ironing, driving over 120 miles, NASS festival, blazing, partying, banking da monies, BEER, hospital trips, pizza, meeting rad people, seeing amazing facial hair, new jobs, hours on the phone/web/email and cardboard flavour noodles.
I’ll do my...

Hem Tags
Spent a good long while chilling with Chelsies’ mum (wahey) sewing in hem tags into the Deer Girl Shirts today. I’ll post a photo of the completed article tommorow at some point. Currently chilling to Zero 7 with a pint of magners.
www.myspace.com/lavotchkin
Saw these guys after The Bronx (who were so fun live!) really into this band Lavotchkin, had a nice chat after the show and picked up a split w/Crocus and a shirt. Lovely one.
Man that was an intense night of work, off to Torquay tomorow for a whip round the shops, picking a few bits up for NASS fest and then sewing loads of hem labels into the shirts. I hope its not that horrible muggy heat tommorow. Hit 3000+ views on the blog tonight which is really cool. If anyone reads this please add our facebook page and invite your friends, it would help loads!

An Interview with Adam Vaudin
Adam Vaudin is probally the most helpful, focused and ultimately friendliest guy I’ve ever delt with when it comes to drawing bits up for various projects I’ve taken on. He took some time out to answer a few questions, have a read and check out his work here.
1.Introduce yourself and tell us something more about you and your works. How did you start drawing and creating? I like...

Opus Dei Swing Tags
Spent all morning on Wednesday using the laser cutter with Jake making custom Opus Dei swing tags. Took like 3 hours to cut 100 tags, I’ll upload an image of the final product very soon. Scouring charity shops for old antiquey (sure thats not a word) necklaces to hang these tags on along with some awsome rustic keys.
Hopefully my embroided hem tags should have arrived, I might be a slave to...

Not long til Nass now, shitting a brick to be honest. I’ve been a bit slack on the blogging front lately purely because I’ve got so much going on at the moment! I will get on the update front over the weekend, so keep your eyes peeled.
Trying to come up with a slogan, if any of you lot have any ideas, send me a message.
